1. How do I book an e-bike rental?
You can book online, by phone, or directly at our rental shop. Advance booking is recommended.
2. What do I need to rent an e-bike?
A valid ID and minimum age of 18 years (or as specified) are required.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a security deposit of EUR 250 per bike is required by a pre-authorization on the clients credit-/debit card.
No deposit = no rent.
The deposit is refundable upon safe return of the e-bike.
4. Is a helmet included with the rental?
Yes, helmets are provided free of charge.
5. How far can I ride on a full battery?
It depends of the type of bike you rent (625 or 800 Wh battery). Typically between 50 km and 80 km, depending on weather and road conditions, body weight of the rider and driver modi of the motor.
6. What happens if the bike breaks down?
All bikes are equipped with a "Fix-a-Flat flat tire repair kit". In case of more serious issues; please call or app us. We will assist you or arrange a replacement bike if necessary.
7. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, according to our cancellation policy (full, partial, or no refund depending on timing).
8. Do you offer insurance?
No, we offer no insurance. This means that in the event of:
- Accidents
- Personal injuries
- Theft
- Damage to the e-bike you, the Lessee, will be fully responsible for all costs incurred.
9. Can I take the e-bike off-road?
Only where permitted. Otherwise, stick to designated roads and trails.
10. What should I bring on my ride?
We recommend water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a backpack and mobile phone (all bikes are equipped with phone mounts).
11. Is it allowed to use the bicycle with more than one person at the time?
No, its strictly forbidden to drive with more than one person.
11. What if it rains?
Light rain: rental continues. Severe weather: rescheduling may be possible for safety reasons. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
12. Where can I ride?
Explore coastal routes, countryside trails, and city streets. There are several apps (Komoot & Wikiloc) available with nice routes.
13. Is it easy to use an e-bike?
Yes! E-bikes are very user-friendly and we provide a short briefing before your ride.
14. Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, if available. Contact us early to arrange an extension (fees apply).
15. How do I charge the e-bike?
Use the provided charger and a standard outlet if renting for multiple days.
16. How does pickup at the shop work?

17. How does the delivery & pickup service works?
We will bring the bike(s) in the morning (between 08:30-09:30) to the agreed location.
To avoid the situation we can't find your address we will work with "location sharing" on whatsapp.
We will only deliver in a 20 km radius from our shop in Jesus Pobre.
We will pickup the bikes at the end of the rental period or agreed moment.
WE WILL NEVER DELIVER OR PICKUP THE BIKES WHEN YOU'RE NOT PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE LOCATION.
